The documentation cataloguing (monographs, periodical publications, audiovisual documents, reference works, maps, posters) is guided towards easing the user's access to the documentation and information by author, title and subject. For the indexation is used the EUROVOCThesaurus (multilingual community terminology language). The classification plan is based on the one used in the Repertory of the Community Legislation and covers the following thematical areas:

The classification, beside permitting locating the general matter, makes possible the free access to the bookstand, where the arrangement is done according to the rubrics and sub-rubrics of the referred plan.
